Consecutive and Odd Pair Sudoku players

I've updated the Consecutive and Odd Pair Sudoku players so that they now show rounded [as opposed to square] bars or circles as appropriate between sudoku cells in Internet Explorer 9 - they already did this in all other non-Internet Explorer browsers.

The player code was written in 2005 and supports very old Internet Explorer versions, so the changes I've had to make to implement this (changing the doctype to html 5) may have caused problems in old browser versions. But I hope not.

If you spot any problems with the players do please let me know by commenting here.
