The [Close window] button in the player after finishing the puzzle does not work under FF 13.0.1.

Filters do not work either.

What do you mean, the filters do not work? Can you be more specific? I can't spot any problems myself.

I've now tested it myself and I can't spot any problems. Close Window works perfectly for me in Firefox 13.0.1.
I'm guessing you didn't use the puzzle menu to open the player but typed in a puzzle URL directly. The window can't be auto-closed if you manually open it - that's just a standard part of the security model of any web browser.
If you open the player window from the comments page or the main menu page or the forum page it should close fine. If you want to bookmark a puzzle, bookmark the comments page.

This time it worked for me either. I might open it with center button of the mouse (open link in new window), but never used direct URL.

Filters: I did set some filter conditions. Like show only Nurikabe puzzles. Nothing happened. I refreshed the page, the filter conditions were preserved but not applied. It works perfectly now.

Oh, right. You can't open the window manually in any way if you want the Javascript to be able to close it - middle-button clicks, right-click and 'open in new tab' (which is what middle-button is a shortcut for), or anything like that counts as doing it manually. So that's not a bug, but just a way any browser works. You'll also break the live updating of the main menu page status and the ability of the menu to know which puzzle is open if you do that. I could disable the ability for you to do that by not including the destination link on the puzzles, since it isn't used because the Javascript pre-empts it, but I'd rather not.
Re filters, that sounds weird. I've not seen that, but if you can reproduce it consistently do let me know.

You can however view other players' statistics and comments in the tables above.
