For the last week my puzzles won’t save when they close. I rebooted but no difference. Anyone else have this issue or a solution please

Hi SharonE,
To save a puzzle, you must be logged in and then click the Save button while the puzzle is open. It doesn't happen automatically - they don't ever save just by closing the window. (Or if you mean your results don't save, you must click 'Check' or 'Check solution' and be both online and logged in)
