that was a really fun puzzle to do - and for once I was under the average time on my first go:)
However, I am curious, why do some of the puzzles have white lines between the squares and not black ones? IMO the white lines make solving harder as the screen looks "fussier"
Thanks for the all the hard work tho Gareth - don't know how I'd have coped with a slipped disc without you:)

Hiya alonella, You should only see black lines, or grey when you have shaded in a box.
Which puzzle and on which web browser can you see white lines? That should never happen and I wasn't aware it did so thanks for letting me know.
I'm really glad you're enjoying the puzzles! :)

It's Opera
Version: 10.53 Build: 3374 Platform: Win32 System: Windows XP XHTML+Voice: Plug-in not loaded
Browser identification: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en) Presto/2.5.24 Version/10.53
The puzzles I remember seeing it on are: Winter tree, Fern, sounds fine, note taker, game's over, Old workplace, big game
But have tested it In Firefox and the puzzles seem to only have black lines... which would seem to rule out any issues with my system and graphics card and make it look like an Opera issue... It also seems to be size related as the smaller puzzles only show black lines in Opera...
Don't worry too much it's livable with... was just curious:)
Thanks again

PS am playing this set in size order and there were absolutely no signs of white lines until I got to "running"...
have also set puzzlemix to show me squares in multiples of 5
