I'm sorry about that!
That's incredibly strange, since if the time displayed then it must have executed the server program that updates your stats. Quite how that failed I have no idea, since it either authenticated and accessed the database to display your time, or didn't authenticate and didn't access the database... it should be impossible for that to happen, unless the database write failed for some obscure reason - but that's very unlikely.
I'll have a look and try to reproduce this. Thanks for letting me know!

Hi again,
I've looked into this in detail, having taken all the server logs and play logs and gone through at a granular transaction-by-transaction level, and you didn't actually complete this puzzle (or if you did, you didn't get a time displayed on completion). You opened it at 13:09:37 (server time, which I think is GMT although may be GMT+1), then at 13:12:21 you opened the next puzzle, Jigsaw Sudoku 99.
I've gone through the logs of the various puzzles you've played today, and I can see all the rest went like this: * Open puzzle * Complete and store time * Choose a rating
...but for this puzzle you didn't finish it, and went onto the next one. I also think that, unless you were using all the solving aids, you'd be unlikely to solve it in under 3 minutes.
So I don't think there's anything wrong with the site. :)
I've also checked all the error logs, just to be on the safe side, so I can state with certainty that you did not have a time displayed on completing this puzzle - the part of the server code that displays this was NOT called for this puzzle. The server keeps a log of every single access, so I know the script was never run. Could you instead have perhaps had multiple player windows open, and got them confused, or accidentally opened the next puzzle without having finished this one, having taken a short break?
I have to say, I was afraid I had broken the site in some horrible way! I'm glad it all seems fine after all. :) (Mind you, I have now given myself the ability to comment on puzzles that I have not 'bought the set' for!)
You can however view other players' statistics and their comments in the tables above.

Key
A yellow/light blue highlight in the time distribution charts highlights your time, where relevant.
Rating scores out of 10.0 show the average difficulty rating chosen by users, where 1.0 is "Easy" and 10.0 is "Hard".
If a puzzle is opened more than once, including by loading from a saved position, then this is potentially a significant aid so it is listed as being completed with 'multiple sessions' for the purpose of the best time/average rating displays above.
Minor aid is defined as no more than one use of 'Check solution' when incomplete and/or no more than one use of 'Check solution' when wrong; and/or using highlighting aids (show repeated digits, show broken inequalities and show valid/invalid placements [slitherlink] only). Major aid is any and all other use of the solving aids except for 'show wrong'.
