Cartoonite Daily subscriber Rated puzzle: Hard Completion time: 1:12:26
Well, that's a first. I got logged out while I was doing the puzzle so I couldn't complete it.
When I tried I got a weird view with the login prompt sitting inside the puzzle window but not responding when I clicked "Login".
When I returned to the main windows the puzzle showed as complete (red square) but when I reloaded the page I got logged out and after logging back in again the puzzle now shows as started but not completed (green play/pause symbol).
Imagine what might happen when your subscription runs out while you're solving a puzzle... ;-)

Oh, I have never given that any thought. I suppose it should give you a grace period on the subscription for submission purposes.
The login issue is weird - it shouldn't be possible to get logged out while playing the puzzle. Cartoonite, sorry about that and thank you for letting me know. Even though I don't know why it happened, I should check explicitly for that issue in the player - it should make sure the completion text doesn't include login info. Sounds like your login cookie was removed during play, although I don't know why since the site never expires them. I'll take a look, though, since if a status save fails it would be good if you could login in another window and then hit 'retry'!
Someone else had an issue with the puzzle list window being open so long the puzzles expired, which may be related to Cartoonite's issue. I could fix that by having the main puzzle list refresh itself every 30 minutes or some such, but I need to be a little careful because the player communicates with it to update your status and it would be a shame to lose that functionality on puzzles you simply take a long time to solve. Of course a modern implementation using React or some such wouldn't have this issue - really it should dynamically pick up changes, rather than rely on being prodded by another window.
I just remember: Recently I was logged out automatically from puzzlemix. But that was some time before I renewed my subscription recently. I thought that some cookie might have run out (I didn't delete any cookies and on other websites I was still logged in). In both cases, something looks wrong :-) But if an automatic logout shouldn't happen I don't know what it was.
<wink> Maybe there should be a warning like: "According to your average puzzle solving time, you might not be able to finish before you will be logged out automatically. Do you want to try to beat your mean self anyway?"</wink>

I've checked and the login actually lasts for 1 year, so it will then log you out if the browser honours the expiry setting. Well there we go - I wrote that 16 years ago so had forgotten. :)
So yes, once a year you might have that problem I guess, particularly if you happen to always play at the same time of day (so it is more likely to coincide with that exact moment!).

Key
A yellow/light blue highlight in the time distribution charts highlights your time, where relevant.
Rating scores out of 10.0 show the average difficulty rating chosen by users, where 1.0 is "Easy" and 10.0 is "Hard".
If a puzzle is opened more than once, including by loading from a saved position, then this is potentially a significant aid so it is listed as being completed with 'multiple sessions' for the purpose of the best time/average rating displays above.
Minor aid is defined as no more than one use of 'Check solution' when incomplete and/or no more than one use of 'Check solution' when wrong; and/or using highlighting aids (show repeated digits, show broken inequalities and show valid/invalid placements [slitherlink] only). Major aid is any and all other use of the solving aids except for 'show wrong'.
